Becoming a first responder in cases of sexual harassment and violence is a significant responsibility. This role demands a strong understanding of gender, sexual violence, and mental health. In our Training, we are here to guide you in achieving several critical objectives:
- Understanding how gender inequality influences perspectives and responses to sexual harassment.
- Reflecting on personal biases and how they affect interactions with survivors of sexual violence.
- Understanding of the fundamental principles in addressing sexual violence cases and providing support to survivors.
- Enhancing the skills required to provide effective handling and psychological support to survivors.
- Recognizing the psychological vulnerability, one may experience as a first responder and equip them with strategies to maintain their mental well-being.
Over the course of three days, our facilitators will guide your team through this transformative journey. Upon completion, you will receive electronic certificates and comprehensive a training handout.
